It is a 1976 Indian Kannada-language film directed by Vijay and produced by N. Veeraswamy. The film is based on the story Naanu Neenu Jodi by A. R. Anand. The film stars Rajkumar and Lakshmi.The Rajan–Nagendra duo scored and composed the film's soundtrack. The film was remade in Tamil as Puthukavithai starring Rajinikanth and in Hindi by director Vijay as Pyar Kiya Hai Pyar Karenge. The film garnered highly positive reviews upon release and was an All Time Blockbuster at the box office with a theatrical run of 175 days. The film was dubbed in Malayalam in 1981 as Njaan Ninne Marakkilla. In the run-up to the relaunch of Jawa motorbikes in 2018, the marketing team of Mahindra & Mahindra used the climax sequence of this movie as a part of their promotion strategy. The movie is based on the novel Naanu Neenu Jodi by A. R. Anand.

The Architects

The architect Daniel Brenner is in his late thirties when he receives his first challenging and lucrative commission: to design a cultural center for a satellite town in East-Berlin. He accepts the offer under the condition that he gets to choose who he works with. This way, he reunites with former colleagues and friends - most of them architects or students of architecture who have since chosen a different profession due to personal restraint or economic confinement. Together, they develop a concept which they hope will be more appealing to the public than the conventional and dull constructions common to the German Democratic Republic. However, their ambitious plans are once and again foiled by their conservative supervisors. As frustration grows, Daniel has trouble keeping his career in balance with his family-life: his wife Wanda wants to leave for West-Germany.

Taishi lives with his father Kazushi. His mother left home when Taishi was very young and he barely has any memories of her. He believes that his mother left home to study in Paris. His favorite moments come once a week when he receives a letter from his mother. But one day, during Taishi's summer vacation, he learns that his mother isn't in Paris but in Shodoshima, Japan. Taishi then decides to take his pet dog with him and bicycle from his hometown of Yokohama all the way to Shodoshima. On his 500 kilometers trip to Shodoshima, Taishi meets various peoples and touches their hearts, while leaving behind small miracles. What Taishi doesn't know about his mother is that she suffers from memory loss and that's why she lives apart from her family.
