45 Days: The Fight for a Nation

The documentary tells the story of the 2020 war between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed region of Nagorno Karabakh. In the fall of 2020, Armenia and Azerbaijan fought a brutal bloody war. Azerbaijan won, decisively. The feature documentary 45 Days: The Fight for a Nation tells the story of this conflict, from the Armenian perspective, focusing on the human cost of war and its impact on the large Armenian diaspora.

Botánicos

Documentary about the abandonment of cats in the Carlos Thays botanical garden, in the city of Buenos Aires, which is a very old problem. To help alleviate this problem there is the Botanist's Cats Protection Commission. This documentary not only reflects the work of the group but also the risks to which an animal exposes when abandoned. This documentary is produced, recorded and edited by Georgina Zanardi, image and sound designer, founder of Mondo Lila Producciones and volunteer for the Botanical's cat protection commission. The music is composed by Leandro Bajar, guitarist and composer in various musical groups, the music was recorded by Christian Vieyra. The sound design is done by Iván Rivelli, an audiovisual graduate, the graphic design is in charge of Francisca Brown, graphic designer and volunteer for the Botanist's cat protection commission.

The World According to Tippi

Tippi shares her thoughts and wisdom on Africa, its people and the animals she has come to know and love. Often her wisdom is beyond her years, and her innocence and obvious rapport with the animals is both fascinating and charming.

Newfoundland at Armageddon

On July 1st, 1916, the Newfoundland Regiment took part in a massive First World War offensive on the Somme, led by the British. At Beaumont Hamel the regiment was nearly wiped out, as only 110 of 780 soldiers survived the day. To commemorate its 100th anniversary, Brian McKenna’s documentary film tells the story of this epic tragedy. Using a technique that brings new meaning to reenactment, McKenna recruits descendants of soldiers who fought this battle, offering them a unique opportunity to relive the experience of their ancestors in trenches built specifically for the film.

They talk, debate, even quarrel, but speak to each other and go in a common direction. And what`s important, they all want to get to peace. This film is the voice of ordinary people, the search for dialogue and the path to a common future, where everyone’s voice will be heard.

Orangutans: The Great Ape Escape
