YogaFit Ultra is a powerful vinyasa format designed to strengthen your body and stretch your mind. You'll work through several challenging, flowing sequences and then enter into dynamic stillness through standing balance poses, deep stretching and focused breathing. In the second and longer format, you'll take your asana and energetic practice to new levels by exploring the two primary yogic locks that retain your prana while increasing core stability. You'll also cleanse your body and clear your mind through breathing techniques and deepen your experience in increasingly complex poses through an introduction to rich philosophical teachings of the yamas and niyamas.

Dolphin Man
As well as providing the subject for Luc Besson’s The Big Blue, Jacques Mayol did more than anyone to establish the sport of free diving to enormous depths without an oxygen supply. Using breathing techniques derived from yoga, he went to 50, 60, and even 100 meters—depths no one had considered to be within the bounds of human possibility. Mayol was a sportsman, a mystic, a vagabond, but above all, a man who believed in testing the limits of experience. This visually stunning tribute shows a man’s quest to be at one with the vastness of the ocean and to have no fear of the abyss within, where lurks serenity, freedom and finally, death.

Breath of the Gods
A Journey to the Origins of Modern Yoga. Yoga is known to go back to God Shiva, who perfected 8,4 million postures, according to Indian tradition. Far less known is the fact that yoga is at the same time an early 20th century-creation of Indian savant T. Krishnamacharya, which is what this film is about. Krishnamacharya's life and teachings are seen through the eyes of the director on his search for authentic yoga. His journey leads him from students and relatives of Krishnamacharya's such as the legendary teachers Iyengar and Pattabhi Jois to the source of modern yoga: the palace of the Maharaja of Mysore, where Krishnamacharya founded the first ever yoga school. A feature-length documentary including rare historical footage as well as lavish reenactments.
