Wishbone

Wishbone is a children's television show. The show's title character is a Jack Russell Terrier of the same name. Wishbone lives with his owner Joe Talbot in the fictional modern town of Oakdale, Texas. He daydreams about being the lead character of stories from classic literature He was known as "the little dog with a big imagination". Only the viewers and the characters in his daydreams can hear Wishbone speak. The characters from his daydreams see Wishbone as whatever famous character he is currently portraying and not as a dog.

Are You Afraid of the Dark?

This spooky anthology series for kids recounts ghost stories told by the young members of the Midnight Society as they gather around a campfire. Each episode opens with members of the Midnight Society at their secret spot in the woods, where they prepare their fire and the night's storyteller announces the title of the his or her offering. However, the cameras soon leave the storyteller and switch to the tale being told.

The Power of Myth

Telling Stories with Tomie dePaola

The show featured children's book author Tomie dePaola and his Muppet friend Gabe the squirrel, encouraging children to make their own stories in a variety of media. In each episode, Tomie told a story featuring his storybook characters Strega Nona, Big Anthony and Bambolona. Gabe visited The Animal Band, a group of woodland creatures, including a rabbit on drums, a weasel on guitar, a penguin on bass, and a raccoon on keytar. Each episode also featured a visit with a guest storyteller or two (often people connected to the Jim Henson Company). The final segment of each episode included a child actor playing Tomie enacting stories from his book "26 Fairmount Avenue."

Produced by crush+lab with Red Bull Media House, the series will air worldwide on Red Bull’s digital video platform Red Bull TV starting on April 22. Bypassing traditional barriers and art gallery elitism, each episode of @Large provides the audience with an inside look behind the creative environment and processes of two individual artists from two very distinct disciplines. The philosophy and aesthetics are as diverse as the mediums each artist employs: from traditional forms of physical modeling like pottery and sculpture, to sophisticated digital worlds where no rules apply, and beyond. The series was filmed in more than 20 cities all over the world from Athens to Accra, Cleveland to Casablanca.
